Return Policy:
In most cases, Tennis Saver will accept all returns within 30 days from the item(s) purchase. Most of our products include manufacturer's warranties. Customers will be responsible for shipping costs to and from Tennis Saver on all returns and exchanges. Racquets that have been play-tested and products that have been worn, used, or do not include the original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged. Racquets must not be play-tested, must include the plastic on the grip, and the bumper guards must not show scrapes for the return to be accecpted. We will not take back products that do not meet these criteria.
